I somehow never caught this kind of speech from him during his presidency. I was impressed. He was able to spontaneously react to chants from the crowd and even his prepared remarks sounded conversational - in relation to thousands of people!
Not great oratory, like, say, MLK, but extremely effective politically - he comes off as so relaxed and amiable.
