Damon grand slam!

Boston 6, New York 0 — and we're only in the second inning. What is this strange emotion?

Damon, again! One more swing, two more runs!

Pedro the reliever? Wha? Whose idea is this? New York picks up two runs almost immediately. I recognize this complex feeling: Argh!

That's what a Bellhorn sounds like. His homer rattles the pole! Boston 9, New York 3 in the 8th.

Victory! Joy! Delirium! Exhaustion! Oh, I need sleep.

Grace abounds and resurrection is confirmed. Congratulations to all you Red sox fans who kept hope alive.

As for me, I'm for any team that beats the Yankees.

You OK out there? I know New England has imploded with joy, but pull yourself together, man. Your readership awaits. :)
