Matthew Gatheringwater says adieu.

If you want to enjoy Matthew's unusually fine writing and his sharp insights on Unitarian Universalism, now would be a good time to browse through his archives. He's pulling the plug on his blog June 21. I will keenly miss it.

I wonder why Matthew Gatheringwater is "pulling the plug" on his blog that the UU WORLD said called "attention to perceived injustices within Unitarian Universalism"? Is it possible that subtle or not so subtle pressure was put on him by his fellow UUs to "pull the plug" on a blog that might actually expose ACTUAL and quite serious injustices and abuses within Unitarian Universalism? I guess someone else will be obliged to start a blog that exposes and denounces the very real injustices and abuses that occur within the UU "religious community". . .
